Thrive GI Late Cancellation Policy

At Thrive GI, we consider an appointment to be an agreement between you and our office. Dr. Katie Nuckolls takes pride in offering extended time slots for new patient appointments and follow-ups so that she can provide comprehensive and effective care. For this reason, if a visit is not cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you do not show to your appointment, we will charge a $50 no show/late cancellation fee. This will either be billed to your account or applied to your card on file at the time of your missed visit.
