Conventional Laboratories:

For insurance patients, we order all standard lab testing through Quest Diagnostics Laboratories. Most orders are done electronically, and the lab will bill your insurance directly.

For cash-pay patients, we offer a variety of lower-cost conventional laboratory options. Most Vancouver patient labs will be ordered though Ulta Lab Tests, with an additional discount given for physician-ordered labs. We also work with Any Lab Test Now and Patient’s Choice Labs

Speciality Laboratories:

US Biotek Laboratories

US Biotek is a CLIA and CAP accredited lab that is at the “top of the game” for food IgA and IgG intolerance testing. The lab utilizes an ELISA technique that also allows for accurate fingerprick testing, meaning that a blood draw is not needed to perform this testing. Test kits can be mailed directly to the patient or performed with the help of our physician in-office. For a sample US Biotek lab report click here.

Genova Diagnostics

Genova Diagnostics offers a large range of specialty lab testing options, but they are most commonly known for their famous GI Effects Comprehensive Panel (click link for an example test). This stool panel comprehensively tests for markers of intestinal inflammation, digestive capabilities including enzyme insuffiency, presence of harmful/helpful bacteria, malabsorption, and an expansive ova and parasitology panel. This test can provide a plethora of valuable information when trying to identify the underlying cause of chronic intestinal illness.

Genova also offers ala cart stool microbial testing as well as SIBO testing, among many other tests.

Diagnostechs Laboratory offers an array of specialty lab testing including salivary cortisol panels to evaluate adrenal function, female and male hormone panels, and heavy metal testing.

Neurolab analyzes neurotransmitter levels (serotonin, dopamine, epinephrine, GABA, glutamate, PEA). They also offer comprehensive panels combining neurotransmitter testing with adrenal and sex hormones. Click here for a sample report.
